One of the most difficult aspects of implementing a SNAP produce incentive program in a grocery store is establishing the necessary connections between three separate entities: grantees, retailers and technology solution providers.

Simply put, grantees have the funding, retailers have the stores and the customers, and the technology companies have solutions for the programs to operate at the POS level. These entities must effectively communicate and partner together, otherwise no incentive program will get off the ground.

The NGA Show in Las Vegas (Sept. 19-21) offers a unique opportunity in the nutrition incentive world for these three groups to meet and establish connections.
